Cameras and I have always had a difficult relationship.
The photos (most of them) that I have taken here on my blog were taken with a cheap and old digital camera. I edited the photos a lot and always tried to use the best natural light as possible. Sometimes my photos were all right but most of the time I was very, very unhappy with the result. I tried out new cameras but I was never satisfied with the quality and then returned the cameras again. Yesterday I tested a new camera again and my first thought was “no, I do not keep this camera because I do not like this and that...". How on earth is it possible that I am so picky? It was again a moment of frustration.
This morning I decided to give the camera (and the lens a second chance. I went to my favorite castle in my hometown and the camera accompanied me or I accompanied the camera. After spending hours and hours in front of my computer screen and analyzing my photos I decided to keep the camera. I cannot believe that I am writing down such a sentence but yes, it is true. I decided to keep my new camera.
I hope my camera and I will become good friends.
In order to celebrate my friendship with my new camera, come along my morning walk through the palace garden of Schloss Nymphenburg, Munich. It was a beautiful autumn morning with beautiful clouds (yes, these clouds are real, I did not edit the photos).
Enjoy the walk.

ReplyDeleteMy camera and I share similar difficult relationship, that the photos I think I took look entirely differently on the screen. Few of the rarely nice pictures were taken entirely on accident and until today, I could not replicate them once again on the camera. Maybe I just need to start taking pictures accidentally to produce nice ones.
Thank you for the beautiful pictures; they made up my lacking of autumn foliage this year.
